Not what I was hoping for This is a pretty book but not great as a reference material. I bought it thinking I could look through it with my kids. It doesn't have an index so you can't look up specific animals or plants. Pretty but not what I was hoping for. Also, isn't revelant to my area of central Texas!Entire text is in cursive, avoid for younger readera. Great book, love the illustrations and the layout/order. I gave it 4 stars because it seems to be a book geared towards children, but I'd highly recommend them choosing a different font. Everything is in cursive which makes it difficult for younger readers.Beautifully illustrated book The illustrations are very captivating. I couldn't help but go through it as soon as I received it. This Nature book covers various subjects, from animal and plant anatomy, to leaf and cloud identification, to the phases of the moon, and much more. This book is invaluable to the education of my children.
